Rules for Advertisment
If an ad is rejected by geboon.com due to breaking of the rules the advertiser will be notified and being able to change it. Geboon.com reserves the right to decide and define if the ad is according to the below rules which also may change over time.
Marketing
Geboon.com only allows the advertisement if sales, jobs, rentals and services and do not accept ads for pure marketing services. Any add without a substantial sale target is not allowed.
Duplicates
It's not allowed placing an ad more than once for the same item, jobbing service etc. Its either not allowed to place the same add in different categories or regions.
Services
Any service offered or wanted must follow the rules and regulations for each profession according to the Indian law.
Private ad
Any private ads on geboon.com are entitled to be used by any non-commercial individual who are entitled to engage in a legal contract.
Company ad
Company classified ads on geboon.com are for restricted to be used only by companies. Geboon.com reserves the right to decide whether the ad is a company ad or not.
Text in the ad
Any add that is approved by geboon.com should include a heading that shortly describes the item or service. Company names or web addresses are not allowed. Geboon.com is also entitled to change the heading to fit to these rules so it describes the ad text. It's not allowed to copy the header or the ad text from any other ads as these are protected under copyright laws.
Categories
Every ad should be placed in the category that is most relevant to the item or service offered. Geboon.com has the right to move an ad into the right category if it's necessary. Services and items that don't fit into the same category must be placed in two separate ads. Important to notice is that sale-ads is to be placed under the for sale and wanted-ads under wanted to buy.
Images
Images used should describe the relevant item or service advertised. Logotypes are only allowed for commercial ads and will be deleted for any private ad. Images are protected by copy right laws and it's therefore forbidden to use images from other advertisers.
Links
Links in the ad have to be relevant to the item or service advertised. The general rules for the ad also apply for the link. It is not allowed to link to another classified or auction site.
Pets and animals
Animals that are sold and traded on geboon.com must comply with the rules of the Indian law & regulations.
Pirated goods and forgeries
It's strictly forbidden to advertise forgeries and pirated goods. All goods traded on geboon.com has to be certified as original by the advertiser in order for the ad to be accepted and posted.

Only ads in English and Hindi are allowed.
Offensive content
Images and ads that are offensive against individuals, ethnic groups etc are not allowed.
